ALCAR LEICHTMETALLRÄDER
PRODUCTION and INTERNATIONAL WHOLESALE
The ALCAR Leichtmetallräder Produktion GmbH in Neuenrade (Germany) is the ALCAR Group’s primary production site for light alloy wheels. With an annual production capacity of 1.2 million aluminium wheels, it manufactures a full range of passenger car, off-road, and light commercial vehicle wheels from 14'' to 22'' for the AEZ, DOTZ and DEZENT brands, which cater exclusively to the passenger car aftermarket.
During the entire manufacturing process, all light alloy wheels undergo rigorous tests according to the highest quality criteria for dimensional accuracy, material homogeneity, surface condition, leak tightness, and in the packaging line for visual imperfections.
ALLOY WHEEL PRODUCTION
The ALCAR alloy wheel production facility Leichtmetallräder Produktion in Neuenrade, Germany, serves as the central manufacturing site for aluminium rims within the ALCAR Group.
Up to 1.2 million alloy wheels can be produced here annually.
ALCAR STAHLRÄDER
The ALCAR Group operates its own state-of-the-art production facility for steel wheels, ALCAR RUOTE SA. More than 2 million wheels can be produced annually in this plant, which covers a significant proportion of the Group's total requirements. Production is carried out according to the highest quality standards and with state-of-the-art technology in order to guarantee consistently high product quality. Thanks to in-house production, ALCAR is able to react flexibly and quickly to market requirements and efficiently realise individual customer wishes.
STEEL WHEEL PRODUCTION
As European market leader in the steel wheels aftermarket ALCAR WHEELS GMBH carries out manufacturing at its own production sites or works closely with leading global manufacturers.
At ALCAR's own manufacturing plant, ALCAR RUOTE SA, more than 2 million wheels are produced each year, covering the majority of the overall demand.
With a diverse brand portfolio including AEZ, DOTZ, DEZENT, DOTZ 4x4, and DBV, ALCAR covers nearly all market demands for passenger car aftermarket light alloy wheels. Given the vast product range, ALCAR provides its distribution partners a "just-in-time" supply service, ensuring quick and efficient delivery across Europe.
Within 24 to 72 hours of ordering, the wheels are shipped directly to customers across Europe via parcel service. Thanks to the storage of over 1 million alloy wheels in ALCAR’s logistics centres across Europe, availability and fast delivery are always ensured.
